How is it possible to have 12 liens filed against you over the past several years (including just a few months ago) that total over $200,000.00 but yet be able to buy new cars and rent places to live?
Several of them were filed by the IRS, by about 3 different states and then by a couple of individuals.

Do renters (the people who own the property) not do background checks? Or auto dealerships?
This is a serious question .... how is it possible?
Very puzzling.
Thanks, Peeps. I hope one of you can answer that.

It really beats the hell out of me, Janine! I hear about things like this all the time, and it just boggles my mind! They are able to get credit in the snap of a finger, and then you get some person that really is honest, and trying, but has one little black mark on their record, and they have to go through hell and high water to get anything!!

I have rentals and over the past 5 years two of them have bought a house..funny thing both were always late on their $300 rent to me. One I took to court and have a judgement against. I suspect the only bill they really ever pay is their cell phone! Don't ask me how it works, because it just doesn't make ay sense!
