Today was mostly good. I had my last Stephen's Ministry training session. I will go to Florida in January for a full week of intensive leadership training. I think it will be a bit stressful, but I look forward to it. I really love what I'm doing at work and know that God is using this past year to help me help others. And I'm glad. Son #2 is doing very well and I am enjoying him immensely. He even told someone today, in my presence, that he "likes" the school!!! GO FIGURE!!!
We had to go shopping to buy him clothes to wear around here, an entire wardrobe, thank you very much ..... he really had nothing that fit. Now he's at a friend's house and I miss having him here, after less than 24 hours! He has such a good sense of humor ..... all of my kids do, really. How could they not? They'd never have survived in this household!
Tonight I'm having friends over to watch the OU-Texas Tech game. And I will be, surprisingly enough, cheering for OU. They need to win this game so that OSU can beat them next weekend!
Have a wonderful Saturday night!

Hey J!
Glad you are having a good weekend with the guys. I know you're looking forward to the whole crew being there.
Haven't commented lately - I thought B had a radar going because she woke up crying every time I opened the comment page, but it turned out to be molars. I seem to be on a longer leash the last couple days so maybe they are in.
I'm glad P is doing well. Pop passed through last week on his way home. I printed out the picture of P saluting (the close up). He loved it. He is very proud of P. Semper Fi! It's funny that P looks so much like Jim straight on, but like you in profile. He's a perfect blend.
K & L looked beautiful for their formal. Their cd is great! (check is in the mail) I played their songs for Pop too and sent a cd home with him. He said it was beautiful. I know he loved it because when I talked to him tonight he was working on figuring out the cd player.
I've got a couple questions for you but I'll wait until Wednesday. If you don't hear from me, just assume I need to know what to do for a teething kid. I don't remember it being a big deal with the others. Why must they all be different? Couldn't there be a few basic things you could count on being the same?
Love you,
A
Are you SURE the comment didn't just sneak out P?
Don't blame your mom for writing it...imagine how excited she must have been hearing (or "thinking" she heard) you saying you liked the school!
Give her a break dude! ;) XOXO
XOXO to the rest of the clan too!
