Kaley and Lauren came back on Sunday. Of course they had an amazing trip. Their church has a blog that they wrote while there.
Kaley wrote a post on Kibera, the slum that most of you heard me (or Susan) talk about visiting.
If I do say so myself (and I do) it is an amazing post. I had no idea how well she can write. Her words took me right back to that slum, seeing and hearing all of the children, smelling the unimaginable smells, etc.
Here is the link if you’d like to read it, too.

I also have to say that there's a little bit of pride about the woman of God she is becoming.
And here are a couple of pictures that I posted from my visit to Kibera. They in no way, do it justice.

Will be thinking of you tomorrow, love and prayers.
Oh darn! I can't read your daughter's blog as it says "error" and gives me a blank page!
Good morning my darling daughter. Just a note to let you know the link to Kaley's blog didn't work. Dangit.
I love you bunches!
Good morning my darling daughter. Disregard my previous comment. I got there through your older blog. I love you.
I read the post last week and I would have to say that it was beautiful Kaley! The end touched my heart the most though. Your mom is right when she said that you have become such a great woman of God! I truly believe it also. You have one proud Aunt here in the freezing cold Chicago! Love you all!
I too, am VERY proud of the girls. Kaley wrote an incredibly touching post about Kibera. She's definitely gifted:)
I hope that one day W will read the blog. She's missing out!
Love you:)
