..... and it's only been one day.
Well, two if you count yesterday since C left in the early morning.
I'm finding that I have a lot of time to think.
A lot of time to reflect.
A lot of time to look back.
And a heck of a lot of time to watch TV.
Sigh.
Tonight I've chosen to watch pay-per-view.
"Dear John" and "Wolfman".
One movie to drown in my aloneness and one movie to scare the crap out of me.
Both equally bad choices for a woman alone (mostly), I'm sure.
But heck, I've survived the last 2 1/2 years, I figure I can survive the after effects of one sappy and one horrifying movie.
I've also had time to read some new blogs. Well, new to me.
They are blogs of newly-widowed women.
They make me sad.
And they make me grateful.
They make me see how far I've come.
Very, very, very far.
And that is something.

What's the one thing most on your "to see list" in Greece? what's your itinerary? (or is D1 in charge of that, and not telling you?) Just staying in the big cities (what are the big cities in Greece?) or are you heading out to some of the islands? doesn't george have a place in Greece, or is that turkey?
