Sitting With An Ice Pack ....

.... against my back and feeling less pain in part of my back so I think it was a success.  The pain in my hip is still there, dang it, but that seems to be a whole different issue.  I'm not sure how, or if, it will ever be solved, but the general pain that I've been having in my lower back is much better.
So I guess that means an ablation some time after Thanksgiving, whenever I have a a few days to stay at home.
OK, so who has time to spend a few days at home? Especially during the holidays!
Oh well, I guess that's what on-line shopping is for.

So that's it for now.  I need to go to bed.
And even though it's still technically Tuesday ....
