Actually, it's not really bragging .... it's just wanting to share her with my Peeps.
Well, that ..... and the fact that I'm very proud of her and these videos never, ever fail to make me smile.
So sit back, relax and listen to some cover songs.
I hope you enjoy them. If you do, let me know.
If you don't ..... well, that's between you and God.
:)
And last, but not least, my personal favorite. She dedicated this one to me, because I kept hounding her to sing it. Now I have to think of other songs to hound her about.
If you have any suggestions of sounds that I can ask her to do, that would be great.
Oh .... and by the way ..... just as an aside ..... she taught herself to play the ukulele a couple of years ago. Just as an aside .....
:)
Happy Thursday, Peeps.

So funny -- I was thinking about having an "excuse me while I am going to brag" type post also. It will be coming soon. Heck, it's our blogs. We can brag all we want, especially when it comes to our children.
Thanks for sharing -- you are blessed and a blessing!!!
Lovely voice. My fav is also Over the Rainbow. Thanks for posting.
Good afternoon my darling daughter. You have such amazing children. I love hearing all the girls sing. Daughter #2 is awesome, and I'm so glad she started posting on you tube. What a treat to be able to hear her whenever I want! I love you lots.
Lovely voice...like "Over the Rainbow" too!
Oh how wonderful. You've every reason to be proud. And she switches from left to right hand also. Very very nice. Thanks for sharing.
I'm actually not talented enough to switch from left to right handed playing- I feel like I should confess that! I just used photo-booth for most of them, which shows a mirror image of what it's recording. I wish I was ambidextrous! It'd be so much more impressive then! :)
Thanks, everyone, for the lovely words and encouragement!!

Beautiful! Thanks for sharing! My fave is also Somewhere Over the Rainbow. D2, you are very talented!
Brava! Beautiful talent. And the ukelele is a great accompaniment :)

JTE, Smile!?! Holy cow I was grinning like a mule eating briars the whole time. Awesome!! I think my favorite was Whip Your Hair mostly because she smiled so much while she sang. I bout cried with Over The Rainbow (I chose a version of that for part of the music during Lisa's memorial service. All said, I loved them ALL.
D2, do Amos Lee's Windows Are Rolled Down. Please, Please, Please... Do it, do it, do it!!!!

Wow! She is very talented. Loved them all. Loved the last two alot! Somewhere over the Rainbow made me laugh and cry! I used to sing this song to all my kids when I put them to bed. It never sounded even close to that! Thank goodness they only knew my version back then!!
Just Beautiful!
