Keep Thinking ......

...... of questions you'd like to ask.  Or advice you'd like to give if you've "been there".
I won't write the answering post until later this weekend, so you have extra time to ask things if they come to you.
I know that this is a difficult topic for a lot of people ...... but I think it's more difficult for those who've never experienced it than it is for those of us who have.
We want to make sure that everyone we know doesn't have to learn some of the lessons we did ..... the way we did ...... which was the very, very hard way.

Don't get me wrong ...... we hate, I mean REALLY hate ...... to think of someone else joining this horrible club, but we are (because we had to be) realists.  And we know that it will happen to people we know and love.
And while we won't be able to take away your pain if and when it happens to you, we hope to ease the process you will have to go through.

So please feel free to ask anything.  It won't bring me pain, I promise.  It might make me remember something unpleasant (such a dainty word, is it not?) but then ...... the topic of being widowed sucks all of the time ...... whether I write about it or not.
And while it may be difficult for some, it's definitely part of who I am now and where my passion lies.  And that's in helping people.
Widowed people ...... and people who will one day be widowed.

In the meantime ...... I'm also thinking about starting a new blog.
And calling it ...... are you ready?
I don't think you are.
But I'll write it anyway.

"Celibate In the City".
