So Sorry ......

...... that I haven't done the promised post yet.  I'm spending the weekend, in the middle of nowhere, TX, with my parents, brother and his family and Son #1.  Daughter #3 came this afternoon for a short visit.  It was good, as always, to see her and the Son. And to see my little bro and the women in his life. Plus my cousin, his new wife and sons and my two aunts and an uncle.
I love my family and really love spending precious time with them.
So, my time has been spent talking and eating and talking.  Not writing.
I should be spending time preparing for my sessions at Camp Widow East, as well as writing that post for my Peeps.  It's coming, I promise. I just don't know when. It has to be posted before I head to S. Carolina or I'll feel like a huge failure, which means I hope to work on it Monday and post it by that night.
Don't quote me on that.

In wonderful news (because who doesn't love wonderful news?), the precious puppy has a new home!  And the even more wonderful news is that a dear friend now has her. I'm so happy and relieved. Thanks to those of you who emailed about her. I was sad to hand her over, but knew she'd have a wonderful home ... and I'd get to visit her.
I miss having her around but it really was the best decision.

Ok, time to get back to the family.  We're looking at old pictures and making fun of one another.  Good times. : )
