SHE GOT IN!!!!!!!

I just got home from the retreat (which was good). Got the mail, gave Daughter #1 an envelope that I didn't recognize and it was from Harvard. She's in!! I screamed --- she beamed.
So we'll see what she decides.
This is a shirt my mom made and sent to me:

Now Daughter #1 has to buy me a real Harvard shirt. YAY!!!!

I'll try to blog more later --- I need to sort the mail. Fun.

P.S. ----- Dr. M.K. ---- I lost your phone # --- what does one do for a kitten with worms (besides gag!)?

Yea! OMG that is so awesome!!!! Tell her I said congrats! That is a huge Accomplishment. And I have a story to tell you that may give you hope for P based on a friend I had lunch with today's story. He's now working on his PhD at Rice. I have hope for him anyway - he's an awesome kid!

I think this news requires a new t-shirt from mom! That is awesome news and I don't use the word awesome very often! We are all so proud of W and I do believe we should all get shirts if she decides to go there! Harvard wants W! Awesome!

How totally AWESOME! Way to go, Whitney!! And Nat is right...that requires a new t-shirt. And a celebration. I wish I was there so we could celebrate appropriately. Well, raise one for me. I toast you from afar. And am so very proud. Janine, you have amazing kids. I know you know that, but I like to say it. I can hardly wait to go to work tomorrow so I can brag!! And if I'm to blame for the cholesterol thingy, then I think I'll take some of the credit for how bright they all are! Seems fair to me. I love you, Janine. I'm so glad you got some good news for a change. Have fun this weekend with your dad. Wish is were me :-(

Love you all...Mom

One more accomplishment I can't live up to. :)
I'm so proud of her! Although I texted her and she didn't respond...tell her that I say "Just because you got into Harvard doesn't mean you can completely ignore me."
And Jovie still has worms? Sick out. Those are NASTY. I'm glad she's with you for now, then. :)
I love you and I can't wait to see you!!!!

Janine,
We are SOOO excited for W!!! I love all the happy exclamation points in this entry - my count is 7 counting the t-shirt which is very cool and not counting the kitten (poor wormy little thing).
Love you,
Ann

OK, I can't take it anymore! I am sorry about the wormie putty tat. I took care of it. Please forgive me not seeing the post earlier!! I did forget to tell J that in order to not get reinfected with the wormies, somebody (not necessarily J) needs to clean the litter box out and then use really hot water or bleach or both to kill all the wormie eggs in there. Please don't worry about another kitten because I will make sure I give it EVERYTHING!!

Of course...Congrats to W. I would be proud, so proud!
