Well, There's Not a Lot .....

.... going on.
I'm finally getting back to my sleep schedule after my trip.  Yes, finally ..... and just in time to leave again.
Sigh.
I'm leaving Wednesday (as in, the day after tomorrow!!) to head to Spain and visit Son #1.  I'm really looking forward to it .... a lot.  All of it.  I'm looking forward to getting on the plane and relaxing .... for several hours.
I get to Madrid on Thursday but won't see S1 until some time on Friday.  That was not our original plan, but shock of all shocks .... there was some big strike in Spain (or France or wherever) and so their planned "field trip" a few weeks ago had to be changed to this week.  So I'll have Thursday to myself.  It should be fine.  I'll probably rest a bit and then take one of those bus tours of the city so I can see it all and decide what I'd like to go back to visit.
Or ...... I'll find some sangria nearby and then sleep for 24 hours.  Either choice sounds good.  : )

Son #3 has been driving himself to and fro and it's been great.  I think he's a pretty good driver.  He seems to drive safely and is taking good care of Son #1's car while he's gone.

There's nothing to report on any of the girls .... that I know of, anyway.
I'm looking forward to seeing the play they're in later this month.

The weather here in south Texas has been amazing the past couple of weeks.  It's supposed to stay cool and beautiful for the next two weeks.  And of course ..... it's supposed to be raining in Madrid the whole time I'm there.
Oh well.
That's what the weather sites said about Germany, too .... and then we only had one day (our last) of rain.  So hopefully, this will end up the same way (please, God!).

I still haven't gone through and edited any of my Germany pictures.  The number 2, 883 makes me feel numb and very overwhelmed.  It really shouldn't because I'm sure I have at least 500 of them to delete.
I'm just hoping I can remember where I was when I took most of them.
Ha!

I'll post tomorrow, though it might only be my traditional question to leave you with while I'm away.  Until then .... you could give me some ideas of something to ask.  OK?
